Happy Monday!

I hope you had a great weekend. This weekend was Tj's birthday. We didn't have much planned, but then what we did try and do didn't really work out, and it wasn't the greatest birthday weekend for Tj. Luckily, I believe in a birthday WEEK (sometimes a birthday month), so there is still lots of time to celebrate.

Last year for Tj's birthday we did a day trip along Great Ocean Road so this year I need to find something cool like that for us to do.

Tj, it's been nice living with you in Australia where we only have each other. You have become one of my best friends and my new favourite casino buddy. I love how you laugh out loud at movies, but it drives me crazy that you watch the same ones over and over. You are always the one who plans trips and finds good restaurants to try. I've made a New Year's resolution to help you more with that in 2019, but I'm kind of convinced that you like to do the planning so you get to go where you want to go haha. I love talking to you about space and multiverses because you get so excited, but I don't like when you say you'd leave me behind to go to a new universe if you had the opportunity. You hate doing dishes and you always disappear if we have to wait in line at the grocery store. You are so stressful to travel with because you don't get stressed at all (even when we are running through the airport so we don't miss our flight). You lose things a lot and you hate carrying your keys. I like when you ask me to make you a tea with love and when you say I make the best salads and treats. You are one of the most naturally athletic people I know and you are usually a good sport, except that time Jacob beat you at bowling in Toronto lol. You always eat the rest of my food that I can't finish and taste it first to make sure it's not too spicy. You always know the best tech gadgets and the latest Apple news. I love that you've gotten so into Survivor in the last few years and I think you could win if you were ever on the show.

You are the opposite of me in the best ways and I like being around you. You balance me and make my life more exciting, but you also let me be me and that's why we work so well. You are smart and kind and generous, I just wish you were a little less messy haha.
