More Beaches - Esperance Trip (part 4)
Happy Monday!
I hope you had a great weekend. Tj and I celebrated my birthday on Friday with pizza and Survivor. It was a quiet night but very nice. He somehow managed to get me some great presents, even during lockdown. My mom had some pretty flowers delivered and it was a very nice day. And because of the time difference, it wasn't my birthday in Canada until Saturday - so I got 2 birthdays! Haha. Lucky Tj had to make me breakfast on Saturday too :)
Before coronavirus quarantine, Tj and I had a lot of travel plans for the year. We had to plan carefully to make sure I had enough vacation days to last the whole year, but we had planned to go somewhere over Easter, and we wanted to go away for the weekend for my birthday. Tj was going to surprise me and choose the destination and plan it all.
Well, that definitely did not happen.
Instead, we were both wishing we were stuck in lockdown in Western Australia - our trip there in March is still fresh in our memories, and Esperance has definitely stolen our hearts.
I've previously written about Twilight Beach, Lucky Bay, and Wharton Beach.
Today I am going to share - more beaches! Haha. We were so spoiled with beautiful beaches on this trip. And while those three were our favorites, we tried to stop at as many as possible. I miss the blue skies and turquoise water (even if it was freezing cold!).
These photos are from Salmon Beach, Blue Haven, and Hellfire Bay.
I have been spending a lot of time on Pinterest, "researching" beautiful travel destinations and adding them to my travel bucket list. The positive thing I enjoy about the whole world slowing down is the way the planet seems to be healing itself a little bit. I just wanna get out there and see it all! Haha.
