Happy Monday!

It's almost Halloween and in case you are scrambling for last minute costume ideas, I wanted to introduce my cousin Taylor, also known as the Queen of Halloween.

For the last few years, Taylor has managed to put together some pretty impressive homemade Halloween costumes, including Mary Poppins, a taco, and a gumball machine.

This year she went as Pizza!

She used two large pieces of cardboard as the base, and cut out felt for the toppings. She stuffed the crust with the leftover stuffing from one of the toys her dog Frank ripped apart haha.

Here are Taylor’s tips for making your own pizza Halloween costume:

  1. Look on Pinterest and Instagram for ideas.

  2. Debate for a long time over which costume to use.

  3. Choose a costume.

  4. Make a list of all the things you need for the costume.

  5. Go to Dollarama and Michaels for all your supplies.

  6. Stress out because you have time to make a costume.

  7. Cut out all the pieces for the costume.

  8. Go onto Netflix and find something to watch to procrastinate.

  9. Look up pictures of pizza to make sure your costume looks like pizza.

  10. Gluing. And also getting glue all over the place.

  11. Walk away because you are getting stressed out again.

  12. Watch more Netflix.

  13. Finish gluing and add any touchups if needed.

She even made these Halloween cupcakes!
