Feb 22 I See You

Hello!

These last few weeks have been pretty busy. I guess it's all catching up with me because yesterday I had a two hour nap on the couch while watching the Olympics! We finally got a TV yay. It was supposed to be delivered last week and I wasted 1.5 days waiting for it. About five phone calls to the delivery company later, I was so excited when it finally arrived and I got to take it out of the box. In London we didn't have a TV, we just watched stuff on my computer, so this will be a nice change. Australia has pretty good free cable. We just need to upgrade our internet package so we can watch as much Netflix as we want.

Today I'm sharing some of my favourite travel pictures. Whenever I catch Tj setting up to take a picture, I always try to sneak a picture of him.

There is an Instagram account I am in love with (@muradosmann). Murad Osmann is a Russian artist and he has a series called 'Follow Me To'. The photos are all over the world and feature his wife standing in front of him. You only see her back and she reaches her hand behind like she's pulling him forward to see something cool. To me it seems like she's so excited to see the world she's like 'Come on, hurry up, it's amazing!'

These pictures of Tj are kind of my take on that. Like 'I See You' seeing the world. And it's fun for me to try and get a good one before he notices me. Hopefully my photography skills and editing will improve as I work on this blog but sometimes it's hard to get a good shot when I'm trying to hurry up before he's done taking his picture.

I have some family coming later today for a short visit. I am excited to show them around Melbourne! Have a great day :)
