Bali Part 4: Where We Ate

Happy Wednesday!

I hope you are having a good week so far. We are having been having some really hot days in Melbourne this week. Luckily it will cool down a bit on Saturday, right in time for Tj and I to go to the Australian Open!

Today's post is about Bali again, but today it's all about where we ate.

Before we went on our holiday Tj and I were lucky to get a list of restaurant recommendations from our coworkers. Pretty much everywhere we ate was delicious. The food was way better than I had expected! And there were always lots of vegetarian options which is a bonus for me.

Bali in general was very pretty. The shops had nice murals and lots of plants, and there are photo opportunities everywhere. Especially in the restaurants. They were all designed very nicely. It was crazy how many people we'd see there just taking pictures, posing like supermodels haha.

After a few days on our holiday I kept forgetting to take pictures, but I'm sharing the ones I have below.

If you ever end up in Bali, here are some must-try restaurants:

Seminyak:

Breakfast:

Sisterfields They had the best shakes

Sea Circus Everything here looked delicious!

Revolver Espresso Hidden down a side street, this place is known for its coffee

Kilo Kitchen We had lunch here one day. We were actually walking to a different restaurant but it was too far.

Drinks:

Motel Mexicola I had the best mojito here! Their margaritas were also incredible

Potatohead It's a beach club but the food was delicious! Try the tuna poke conettos or the wood-fired pizza bread

Dinner:

Mama San Yummy samosas and a secret vegetarian menu

Barbacoa  There's a gorgeous rice field in the back. Tj showed me the picture and I thought it wasn't real (but it was)

Ubud:

We didnā€™t spend as much time in Ubud, so I donā€™t have many recommendations, but both of these places were fantastic:

Kebun Bistro Delicious French restaurant!

Bridges Bali This restaurant under a bridge has gorgeous views.

Sisterfields:

Sea Circus:

Revolver Espresso:

Kilo Kitchen:

Motel Mexicola:

Barbacoa:

Bridges Bali:

Mmm now Iā€™m hungry haha.

Hope you have a great week :)
