Books I Read in June 2021
Happy Friday!
It's been a while, but I'm back! Just took some time off to you know, have a baby haha. I'm hoping to get back in the swing of things but this newborn phase is no joke. On most days all of my free time (if any) goes to napping. Mostly my days are planned around the next feeding cycle and if I’m out of my pjs before noon it’s a win. I wouldn't change it for anything though. We are so in love with our baby girl.
I did manage to do a bit of reading in June, although definitely not up to my usual numbers. Do baby books count? In my last stages of pregnancy, I was drawn to light, fun, rom-com style books, and I read some really great ones this month.
Here are the books I read in June 2021:
The Kind Worth Killing by Peter Swanson
The Road Trip by Beth O'Leary
Shipped by Angie Hockman
Life's Too Short by Angie Jimenez
People We Meet on Vacation by Emily Henry
Top Recommendations: Life’s Too Short and The Road Trip
Least Favourite: None! I’d recommend all of these books this month… they were exactly what I was in the mood for!
I’ve got some really great books lined up to read in July so that’s something I can look forward to when I’m up at 3am.
