Happy Friday!

I hope you're having a great week so far. I am so excited for the weekend. Tj and I don't have too much going on but we need to get some life admin done and maybe some trip planning.

Today I am sharing some of my favourite photos (from Pinterest) inspiring my future home library. When I think of my dream house, it definitely includes a home library! Maybe a nice view of nature, maybe a desk where I can write, definitely a comfy chair where I can lie down and nap. I don't need all the books, only my lifetime favourites that I can read over and over. I think about how I would organize them - by colour or alphabetically. I think I'd go for author last name, in order of publication, with series separate from standalones. I want the old Nancy Drews next to my Harlan Cobens and Harry Potters and somewhere on the wall, I would hang my Anne of Green Gables picture.

Tj and I have never lived together anywhere bigger than a one-bedroom plus den, but it's nice to dream about someday. For now, I'm perfectly happy curling up on the couch with my softest blanket and browsing all the books on my e-reader lol.
